[VCDImager] subtitle vs menu

Hi,

Using VCDeasy to create menues for a subtitled SVCD I run into a problem 
that the subtitles do not work.

Using NERO, making a plain SVCD with the same MPG, the subtitles are there.
TEST-SVCD-PAL works great, but ripping and recompiling it from the XML also 
fails.

This behaviour has been described several times in various places without 
any final solution.

Any ideas?
