[VCDImager] vcdxrip does not complete

I'm not subscribe so I hope someone will email me a solution (reason -
I'm subscribed to so many lists).

I'm trying to rip (copy a vcd) to my hd. I do:
        mount /cdrom/
        vcdxrip -C
So far so good, it creates two files:
        avseq01.mpg & videocd.xml

The problem is that the file is truncated and thus not complete (ending
missing). 

Why is this happening and how do I fix?
