[zile-devel] How to compile Zile in cygwin?

Dear sir:
   I am interest in compiling Zile in cygwin. And then I refer to INSTALL. 
It tell me I can find the resolution in FAQ, question 3.3. But there only 
exists questions no more than ques.2.11. Can you give me one resolution in 
hand? Thank you very much.
