The last commit should bring back the ISO image building related
functionalities to work again.
The 'image.iso' target now builds a 'blink' based image for debugging purposes
(so it won't work for a while ...). The mkiso-grub1 and mkiso-grub2
(tools/scripts directory) should build grub-0.9x and grub-2 based ISO images.
Use the -b/--boot to specify the kernel image ...
