Upgrade to LCOV 1.8

Hello,

Nixpkgs has upgraded LCOV from 1.7 to 1.8, so this is what code coverage
builds on Hydra will now use.  The output looks like this:

  http://hydra.nixos.org/build/353099/download/1/coverage/

Compared to LCOV 1.7, it contains additional info about the ratio of
branches taken.
