I understand this. Matt's recipe is fine for me so far, I will use it
that way. Thank you.
I am avoidin using MELPA for security reasons and bandwidth reason and
principles of free software.
But I do have clone of MELPA andany package I need on my system and
Hyperscope will have the index for Emacs packages as well.
