GNU Gengetopt 2.13 has been released.  It is available from and mirrors of that site (see list of

GNU Gengetopt generates a C function that uses getopt_long function
to parse the command line options, validate them and fill a

Version 2.13

   * texinfo documentation
   * fixed some warnings (thanks to Gyozo Papp)
   * fixed other problems with option manipulation in config files
     (thanks to Gyozo Papp)
   * list of acceptable values for options
   * function to explicitly check whether a required option has
     been provided
   * group options can be multiple, and can have an
     optional argument
   * further memory leaks in the generated code have been removed
     (thanks to Michael Hagemann)
   * section definition can be multiline too
     (thanks to Gyozo Papp)
