GNU Gengetopt 2.18

GNU Gengetopt 2.18 has been released.  It is available from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gengetopt/ and mirrors of that site (see list of
mirror sites at http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html).

GNU Gengetopt generates a C function that uses getopt_long function
to parse the command line options, validate them and fill a
struct.

Version 2.18

   * default values for enumerated options with optional arguments are
     correctly handled.
   * sections are printed in the help output before group specifications
   * can insert text in the output of --help
   * can specify gengetopt command line options in the input file itself
     with "args" specification
   * fixed bug in parsing of multiple option dimensions
   * fixed bug in generation of long help string
