version 0.9.0 of Archimedes released!

Hello everybody,

I have the great pleasure to let you know that a new version of Archimedes (0.9.0) has been released.
You can find it at the following link:

www.gnu.org/software/archimedes

This version is the first one that comes with a GUI. It is now possible to use Archimedes in two ways:
1) in text mode (as usual)
2) in graphic mode (new)

Archimedes is the GNU package for the simulation of submicron semiconductor devices. It is based on
Monte Carlo method and can simulate the relevant quantum effects by means of Bohm effective potential.
