Octave Version 3.2.4 Released

GNU Octave version 3.2.4 is now available from ftp.gnu.org/gnu/octave
and ftp.octave.org/pub/octave.

Version 3.2.4 is a bug fixing release with 23 changes since 3.2.3.
This will probably be the last release in the 3.2.x series.
