GNU ghostscript 8.71.0 released

I'm pleased to announce the availability of a new GNU Ghostscript
release: gnu-ghostscript-8.71.0.

This release is an adaptation of GPL Ghostscript version 8.71, with
changes to make it compliant with GNU standards and policies.  It is
available from the GNU Ghostscript project page:
http://www.gnu.org/software/ghostscript/

This release include many bugs fixed over GNU Ghostscript 8.64.0 :

* this is the first complete GPL V3 version of ghostscript !
* numerous bug fixed
* a lot of security updates
* all changes from GPL Ghostscript 8.70 and 8.71 are included

Incompatible changes:

* A new configure option is available: --enable-safer-default
  This option allow to have gs SAFER mode enabled by default. If
  you need to have a less restrictive gs with this option, you need to
  add "-dNOSAFER" to the gs command line. This mode isn't the default
  for now but after testing with the option enabled, the next releases
  will see this option ON by default.
