GNU archimedes 1.0.0 released

I have the great pleasure to let you know that GNU archimedes 1.0.0 has been released!

This version includes updates and modifications of the transport parameters for III-V materials.

You can find and download it at:

Archimedes is the GNU package for the simulation of electron transport in semiconductor devices.

The model implemented in this version is the Monte Carlo method and some quantum effects

can be simulated by means of the well-known Bohm effective potential.

Have fun with archimedes 1.0.0!
