[Info-xnee] Parsing the xnl file

Hi,

Please could you let me know how to parse the xnl file. We would like to know 
what the different fields in the file refer to.For e.g. , please see below..

0,6,1032,98,0,0,0,1128806076
What would these refer to? and also we note that there are other ones like 0,7  
and 0,8 and what would they refer to.
