I've had some trouble with the old version of libnetfilter_queue. 
Sporadically, receiving a packet from the kernel socket fails.
This new version basically logs the error when it happens.  The real 
fix is to upgrade the library --the old one freezes when trying to 
close and reopen the queues.  See http://www.tana.it/sw/ipqbdb/


I've also posted a request for cooperation in order to work out what 
data is needed to grasp the eccects of filtering. See
