ibd-report:

    Users are supposed to adjust it to their linking.

ibd-parse and ibd-ban:
    added common logging format used by ibd-report:
    ibd-parse needs -v, ibd-ban needs -l.

abuserdap:
    new utility, compiled only if libcurl*-dev is available.
    This is an RDAP client.

jsmn.h:
    redistributed json library.
