Dark theme starting point

Hi!

I exported DarkReader's suggested CSS changes for a dark mode. CSS files 
for options.html and popup.html are attached.  In general, these may not 
be perfect, but they are a great starting point.

To generate these files I downloaded the Dark Reader extension [1], 
opened the HTML files manually in abrowser (Firefox fork), followed the 
steps in this issue [2] and exported to CSS, and removed ASCII header.
