Progress notes for today's meeting

Hi everyone, here's a review of our recent website progress:

• Formatting and typo edits on several wrapper pages
• Active page is now properly highlighted on the sidebar
• Add proper rendering for \see, \note and \bug Doxygen tags
• Add Atom feed link on footer
• Working generator for alternate version sites (works with tags, needs branch support)
• Remove generated wrapper Markdown files from version control

And TODO:

• Decide on separating website and extension repositories
• Add branch support for alternate version sites
• Finish translation framework using a config file
• Sidebar menu reorg?
