Hi Pat

Nice work on the clean up, I just had a thought, all the scripts in misc ..
least as far as i can recall, are all non cgi ones. That is, either meant to
run as cron jobs, or run once as a fix.

So something to bear in mind for when we next package up a release, we
should shift them out of the cgi-bin dir.
