[Koha-devel] New rc1 tarball

Hi All

Ive put a new tarball at 
http://developer.koha.org/koha-1.1.2-rc1-1.tgz

Ive changed the directory structure a bit, to make installing less
painful (I hope).
See what you think, if it meets with approval we can amend the INSTALL
doc to reflect it.
