When adding a new member the date of birth field asks for the DoB to be entered
in dd/mm/yy, no data is added unless added in yyyy-mm-dd format.

The date format obviously also affects newmember.pl and moremember.pl

Possible work around would be to modify the text on memberentry.pl?type=Add to
have "Date of Birth yyyy-mm-dd"
