I modified marcimport.pl in rel-1-2 to find max(barcode) and increment by 1 if
the last character is a digit.  Otherwise it uses biblionumber as a suggested
barcode.  Libraries that use preprinted barcodes will probably prefer the option
to leave this field blank so they can just scan in the barcode that they
actually put on the book.
