[Koha-devel] 1.2.3 release candidate 1

I've posted a release candidate for 1.2.3 on

        http://sourceforge.net/projects/koha/

This release will have the OPAC templating and Authentication systems
added in, so it will likely need some extra testing before it goes out.

Standard warning applies.  This is a release candidate and is not intended
for production systems.
