The 1.2.3RC7 release candidate is on sourceforge now. Note that the
installer does not check for the existence of HTML::Template module in
RC7, but that perl module is most definitely required. That's been fixed
in CVS, but make sure you have that module installed if you want to test
1.2.3RC7.
