Guilty!
Progress Will Be Made on the languages front....
If anyone knows a good tool (don't say CVS, since I don't think it is
realistic to expect people who may be bribed by their local technogeek )for
juggling multi-language documents, I'm open to suggestions.
Ideally what I picture is a web-form tool that would permit logins, with the
ability to upload, and track status.
Basic procedure I am shooting for, just so everyone is on the same page is:
<English language version gets changed, version number for manual
incremented>
<Email to translator list goes out>
<translators adjust their edition>
<translators upload their new edition in appropriate format: ascii for
README, INSTALL, SGML+tarball_of_HTML for manual>
<on upload, translator updates status of document IE,
behind/sync'd/uncertain>
<upload triggers email to maintainer of countrycode.koha.org, if applicable,
or devel or CVS list if not>
<wash/rinse/repeat :)>

take a look at
http://www.saas.nsw.edu.au/wiki/index.php?page=TranslationTeams
and please feel free to add yourself to the page.

It does indeed. Hopefully this will change as people begin working on
translations ... the French version is the furthest along so far.
