The old (non-safe) installer.pl is no longer allowing the admin to install if it
cannot find httpd.conf. This gives an impression that it only works with Apache,
though "there is no reason it shouldn't work with any other webserver".

This of course does not pose a difficult for admins who know perl or wants to do
a manual installation, and the old installer.pl is probably going to be retired.
But this perhaps should be noted.
