I have just checked out the CVS from sourceforge.net and found that I
had to do some digging to get everything to work right.

If Koha is allowed to edit http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=23067

I'm willing (and have the time) to write up a new CVS page. (I'd
probably steal heavily from mozilla.org's website)
