DATETIME does not seem to be a SQL reserved word, so MySQL versions that treat
it as reserved should be considered buggy. The installation notes and/or FAQ
should be updated to note that any user encounting this problem (and the missing
index_priv column) with their MySQL versions should be upgrade. (What is the
minimum MySQL version that is ok?) The installer should probably also check for
the MySQL version.
