Hi,

I've commited modifs in processqueue in rel_2_0 branch.
I've hardcoded the db handler call everywhere. Let me know if it works 
better.

Another idea : did you modify your /etc/my.cnf (mySQL config file) ? ine 
has been.
I copy it to you :
[mysqld]
set-variable = key_buffer=32M
set-variable = max_allowed_packet=1M
set-variable = table_cache=256
set-variable = sort_buffer=4M
set-variable = record_buffer=1M
set-variable = myisam_sort_buffer_size=16M
set-variable = thread_cache=8

Note : i did >10 tests with 2 servers open. I only had a problem once, 
without /etc/my.cnf modified (= I removed it, & restarted mySQL)
