[Koha-devel] Enhancements

We've had a few people recently expressing interest in contributing to Koha.  I 
think it would be great if people who were new to the project could take a look 
at the list of enhancement bugs and pick a first task from there.  It would 
give new developers a chance to get familiar with the code, and it would give 
users a welcome update.

Just my 2 cents. Pat, maybe you could weigh in?
