Thank you for asking koha, but I did not find them easy to answer: I
do not know all the answers to your 'required' questions, so your
server will not accept *any* of my answers! Also, there are sometimes
multiple-choice required questions which do not include my real
answer. I would have to guess and lie to complete your questionnaire,
so I do not feel happy recommending it to others. That may also make
your results less reliable.
I wrote some notes a while ago about surveying free software projects,

I am cc'ing the mailing list in the hope that future surveyors will
see this message and design better surveys.
