What else could I do except of looking in /var/log/koha/koha-error_log
? I have already posted its contents, but I do not think they help.
I have tried to enter simple values and words (and only in the
mandatory fields) instead of a z39.50 server retrieval based on ISBN,
but the same error occurs.

For now all the records I enter result to the same problem. For
example I imported a Z39.50 search of ISBN: 0324171897 (Principles of
Macroeconomics by N. Gregory Mankiw, that is), then I chose save and
after that the items page
I complete it as you can see at
http://www.costis.name/0various/Item1.png, but the error message
persists, no matter what I do... Even if I let the Items page blank.
