[Koha-translate] German translation

Hi there 

I see that somebody else than me is working on the german translation of 
Koha opac and staff on translate.koha.org and he/she is doing a good work. 

I would like to get in contact with him/her/them to discuss the translation 
of some recurring terms like budget, biblio, card and the like.
