[Koha-translate] one more person for italian transaltion

Hi to all,

a new person started to help me on italian translation.
The name is Giulio Bonanome.

His userid on Pootle is bonanome.

Could you improve the right of user 'bonanome'.

He needs the rights to approve phrases of Italian Opac and Intranet.
In fact he need the 'submit' botton.
