[Koha-translate] Italian translation (staff)

Hi to all,

I have upload a new translation of italian staff interface.
Not many new line, but little is better than nothing.

I advise about a general change that I have done.
All line have link to templates like this:

I transform all of the into

#: /kohaclone/koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/en/xslt/compact.xsl:32


This is mandatory to check transaltion with templates, a plus of
off-line translation not present in on-line site.

But I don't know if it is a prolem for Transaltion Manager.
