[Latex-manual] DVIPS question

Hi, 

I tried to layout a page that has NO margins, no
header or footer.  I used the package geometry as
follows

\documentclass[11pt, b6]{article}
\usepackage[dvips,papersize={128mm,
182mm},margin=0cm,noheadfoot]{geometry}

Then I used "dvips -t b6 myfile.dvi" to get .ps file.
(b6 is defined in config.ps as 128mm 182mm)

However, a very small portion on the right & bottom 
is cropped in ghostview. (but not in xdvi)

The top & left are just fine.

Does anybody know the reason?
