[Libcdio-devel] libcdio 2.0.0 on gnu site

Release 2.0.0 has been git tagged and now of ftp.gnu.org.

I will be releasing the revised Perl libcdio bindings (Device::Cdio) soon.
In CVS (yes, still CVS -- someone knows how to convert on savannah.gnu.org
lemme know or better, do it) vcdimager has been updated for the new API.
However I'll probably make another pass to check for memory leaks and the
update the automess administriva that seems to accrue when you haven't
touched this for a decade or so.
