Sam - Many thanks for doing this!
I have added to http://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/ mention of this.
Please double check, and if you want the wording changed or removed, let me
know.
(Open source survives by the willingness of people to work on it.)

Over a year ago at this point, I mentioned that I was working on a set
of Haskell bindings. Now that I'm within a week of sending out resumes,
I've made the final push to get a version 1 finalized! There's a basic
home page for it at <https://ag.eitilt.life/hscdio/> with links to the
other locations hosting it at the bottom.
I'm sure there's quite a few bugs in there, even beyond what I know of
(I'll get a better display for them together at some point, but for now,
the source code link in the sidebar has an "ISSUES" directory). One of
my very next steps will be to re-implement the cd-* binaries to try to
flush some of them out. Eventually I'll get around to the satellite
libraries, probably paranoia first followed by iso9660 with MMC not
holding as much interest for me beyond completionism, but for now I
think the coverage is about equivalent to Rocky's Python and Ruby
bindings.
Thanks to all y'all for building a solid base to work from!
