Hi Andrew,

currently, I'm working on a translation of install.sh for Windows.  In this 
case I'm targetting the Pelles-C compiler, and possibly Tiny-CC as well after 
that.  

In the past I created a Notepad++ language file for Liberty Eiffel, it's in the 
distribution tree somewhere.  This only is a syntax highlighter, at the time I 
intended to add macros for compiler invocation and then some.

This all hints towards light-weight solutions for the Windows platform - I 
personally really don't like to litter my pc's with gigabytes of compilers and 
supporting tools...  :)

These efforts will be not available this year, but progress is being made...
