There are 2 issues blocking a new libreboot release:
* live html pages generated from the texinfo documents do not display
images for some reason
* compiling for asus c201 (depthcharge payload) is currently broken

If someone can fix these issues, that would be great. There's a ton
(over a year) of new improvements in libreboot since 20150518 and
aside from the above issues, everything is there is currently stable
enough for a release.

We also need to do testing of GM45 (X200, T400, T500, R400) and x4x
(Gigabye GA-G41M-ES2L) because coreboot and patch sets were updated
for those, to fix certain issues. Testing should go smoothly though
(hopefully).

GNU Libreboot will get a GNU release.
