OK,
i just committed my last patch to get it to compile.
now we have an interface that uses no ODW code to compile.
I will work on implementing this using libredwg next.
the next stop will be to get it to link and remove all code that is not needed.

I have removed the content of the includes via ifdef for the unattributed code.
my wrapper is getting better. committed a bunch of definitions, need
to add in some more parameters.
