Good to see your Interest !
Effective this year, a person can only participate a maximum of 3 times as a
GSoC student in their lifetime (GSoC Updated Rules).
So I am assuming you are not eligible. Please confirm If you have not
participated in
GSoC for more than two times.
It would be appreciated If you continue contribution Inspite of GSoC.
