Follow-up Comment #2, bug #26447 (project librefm):

A tooltip in UI is far enough, I only wanted to focus your attention on the
inconsistency of this form. If you input a proper, full location, then you are
automatically added to a proper location group (listeners from the same
country). Any other input, eg. city only causes this feature to be disabled
(user is not being added to any group).
IMHO a user should be informed, that if he input a proper formated, "city,
country" info, he will join his country group. That's all.
