Follow-up Comment #1, bug #26472 (project librefm):

Encountered the same with GimmeSomeTune on MacOS. While playing a track I
closed GimmeSomeTune and during the same track started it again. When visiting
my profile on libre.fm it stated I was currently playing the same track twice.
When the track was finished it stated I had played it twice.

Seems like the server is not checking for multiple submissions of the same
track?
