Details:

Sometimes you might want to create a dump of your tranks until a specific
date, instead of the entire history. (For example, when lastscrape crashes and
you are not able to get the full history, it would be usefull to split the
dump).
Adding a date parameter would be great. Then lastscrape will get the tracks
starting from that date.

Two parameters for a date range would be cool :)
