Hello!

At first I wanted to say that I truly admire the Libre.fm project, which I found to be amazing. It's not just free in the both "free" word meanings, but also provides the music that I really enjoy. Independent artists can share their great music which is not poisoned by the commercialism, and they can get bigger audience and recognition. Personally, I found it to be a *way* better than Pandora.com which I used to use for a short while in past.

I was using Free Software software for long years, however, I never did much contribution to it. When I was young, I truly wanted to help, but my skills were not good enough to do anything helpful. My "dreams" about being the developer part of Free Software got lost over time. However, today I am a professional programmer who makes his living by writing code. I have realized that today I can realize my old "dreams"!

Not much long time ago, I was already thinking about contributing to some projects. However, the projects I found were either not much interesting for me or were "overcrowded" - what I would love to work on is a great project that I would use myself, and would be developed by a small team of developers (not by hundreds of people who do not know each other). Libre.fm seem to be a perfect match!

Today, most of my work bases on PHP (version 5 and up) and MySQL/SQLite. I have a nice looking piece of paper that I have obtained in order to maximize my PHP skills ( http://www.zend.com/en/store/education/certification/authenticate.php/ClientCandidateID/ZEND022695/RegistrationID/257948976 ) and in past I was working a little on PHP Docs ( https://people.php.net/user.php?username=kazymjir ).

Maybe I do not own much free time due to my work and personal things, however, for sure I would find some time from time to time for Libre.fm. If you, Libre.fm developers, would be interested in getting some help in the development, you know my email! :-)

Adam
