The FSF has its own crowdfunding platform which has been used in a couple of GNU MediaGoblin fund-raising campaigns. I expect it might be possible to use that to launch a LibreFM campaign some time.
Speaking of MediaGoblin, it would be really neat to federate with MediaGoblin servers, using its SoundCloud-like features to pull libre tracks hosted around the net into radio.
