Wikipedia says that that's exactly the use case where GPL was not enough and AGPL was designed for.Are you trying to say that the web site at https://libre.fm/ is not powered by GNU FM web application? But website says the opposite. Or you're trying to say that the page https://libre.fm/donate.php is not the part of that web application even though it is linked from the same main menu as https://libre.fm/register.php which is a part of application? I don't get it.
