Será que escorrega na mesa do Alckmin e ele assina sem prestar muita atenção?

por que esse governo é o que tá tão preso à Microsoft, que dentro da
MS o Palácio
dos Bandeirantes deve constar como "escritório de São Paulo".

É só ver que a FAPESP não financia nenhuma pesquisa ou trabalho que for criar
software com licença GPL, por exemplo. --Isso pra começo de conversa.
