OK, that sounds like a special event.  I suggest we don't have a
meeting on 24 May or 24 June, but contrive to meet in Toronto with
Matt sometime during the week of 1 - 8 June 2016.

Matt, your schedule is probably the most demanding. How about you pick
the date? If you're flexible, then we can use https://framadate.org/
to select the best date for the most people.

Also, we need a venue. I'm inclined to a place that serves dinner and
drinks; perhaps the Yueh Tung restaurant again (where we had Libretea
in 2014) -- spacious and cheap.

We can still Mumble for the post-dinner portion of the evening for
people that can't attend in person.  Maybe even WebRTC (but we need to
find / install / create a FAIF WebRTC service).
