I've added a request for the Netfile data format at the Federal Open
Data Portal 'Suggest a Dataset' page:
<http://open.canada.ca/en/suggested-datasets>. It hasn't shown up as
being approved yet, but once it is, people can vote for it and comment
on the suggestion.
Netfile is an XML file. It has a Schema URL, which - of course - 404s.
